I BOMBED! I got a late invite to attend The World Series of Pop Culture which taped in NYC last week. I was unable to go and was sent a video of the event instead. I was sure that I would rock every question. After all, this is my LIFE. I sat down with my hubby and knew NOTHING. I felt like such a freaking failure. I eat, sleep and shit this! Maybe you will have better luck. I am determined to be a contestant though. I just have to find two more people that know more about pop culture than me. Oh wait, that’ll be easy…

Fiona Apple is my absolute FAVORITE singer. I love every song she has ever come out with and could probably sing them backwards if asked. I saw her in concert once while I was upstate away at school. It was one of the greatest shows I’ve ever attended. She really gets into her songs. Every word has such meaning to her. This is pretty evident in the above picture.  But all I can think about is the overactive bladder commericals.

His name is Harry Morton and he owns the Pink Taco. No, I am not talking about the upskirt shot of Paris Hilton’s pink taco. I am talking about the restaurant.

So who’s the guy heating up the surf and sand with Ms. Lohan? “Extra’s” sources reveal he’s Harry Morton, who is famous for being the face behind the Pink Taco Mexican restaurants. (source)

THIS is the big gig Star Jones has lined up after her abrupt departure from ‘The View’? She looked so cocky as she announced to Larry King that she has things in the works. Star is going to be a guest host on House Hunters. I watch this show… don’t get me wrong. But only if nothing else is on any of my 8000 channels.

The cameras are still rolling on Star Jones, even though she’s no longer on “The View.” Jones reportedly is going to host “House Hunters” on HGTV for a week.The New York Post said the episodes were taped in Manhattan a few weeks ago. Now that Jones is no longer giving her opinions on “The View,” this could be an unofficial tryout for her.
