His name is Harry Morton and he owns the Pink Taco. No, I am not talking about the upskirt shot of Paris Hilton's pink taco. I am talking about the restaurant.

So who's the guy heating up the surf and sand with Ms. Lohan? "Extra's" sources reveal he's Harry Morton, who is famous for being the face behind the Pink Taco Mexican restaurants. (source)
