A leg infection that will require surgery has forced LeAnn Rimes to cancel three concerts this week, her publicist says.  The Grammy-winning singer, 23, suffered a "tear in the tissue" of one of her legs and is scheduled for an operation Tuesday in Los Angeles, according to a statement from her rep, Diana Baron.
"It's a minor surgery," Baron says in the statement, "but because of the infection it was urgent that she takes care of it right away."  (source)
