Jessica Biel helped raise $30,000 by auctioning off a date with herself. The money is going towards a Colorado teen's medical expenses. Some guy who wanted to be known as "John" (how original) bid an arm and a leg to get to break bread with Jessica. That must feel good to get that much money for a lunch. I once was part of an auction during college to raise money for some social group I belonged to and I barely got $100 bucks! Whatever JESS!

On Tuesday, a man identified only as "John" cast the $30,000 bid. He said he was a senior vice president for an oil and gas company in Denver, the Rocky Mountain News reported. Biel, who was out of the country at the time of the auction, will lunch with the man on Aug. 18.
"I promise, I'm a cheap date," Biel said in a taped message. (source)
