How small do your boobs have to be in order to wrap a belt around them to hold up your dress? Keira Knightley needs to rethink her outfits a bit. I tried to do a bit of googling to see if I can find the designer behind this creation but came up empty handed. Anyone know?

keira is usually unique with her clothes but this look is a little to far. it looks like a curtain being held up with a belt. keira has small boobs so the belt fits.
