First Toxicology Report Shows No Illegal Substances Found In Daniel Smith’s Body

Showbuzz is reporting that the first toxicology report based on blood taken at the hospital the night Daniel Smith passed away shows NO evidence of illegal drugs in his system. Lexapro and Ambien (anti-depressants) were found in his system but not at a level that could have caused Anna Nicole’s son’s death. We are still waiting on two more reports from Bahamian officials and pathologist Cyril Wecht.
