Life and Style Weekly is reporting that Avril Lavigne had a nose job. Could the difference be in her poses? Or did she really go under the knife?

i cant believe she did it, i mean its so obvious that she did especially when you look at the lifesized posters of her but i never thought she would do it! this makes me sad :[ and shes always talking about how shes better than everyone else in her songs (especially on her new cd) and this is just proof that she is contradicting herself. :[

She went from a Tomboy to a beautiful woman, she look absolutley amazing. I just can not get over how a beautiful she has become.
