Just look at that belly grow! Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott were spotted getting into their car with what looks to be a cake box. It might not be... but I have sugar on the brain. So I see a cake box. These pictures look a bit invasive. It looks like they are still on their property walking on their driveway.
