Love It Or Hate It: Kelly Clarkson's New Do

Kelly Clarkson premiered her new hair style while performing this week to honor Rebeca McEntire. Does it age her too much? On a side note, Kelly has never been known to have a super skinny body. But doesn't it look like she stopped trying to maintain? Click on the thumbnails below to enlarge each image.

I do not think she is what one would consider fat. I think Kelly is beautiful and confident in her OWN body. Not trying to be in someone elses. It is people like yours comments who help drive young children to anorexia and eating disorders. I think it is great to have out there in the celeb world a variety of body shapes including from kate moss skinny including up to obese. For the reason that children need to see the media and see the real world. Yes some are very thin, some fit, some healthy weight, some a little chubby , and some larger ones. I do think children need healthy weight range people to look up to(just so they can get the most out of their life, and lead a healthy energetic lifestyle) However if they obtain that size by starving themselves they are doing their body more bad than good. All the media sees is size not how healthy they are. Look at all the celbs out there who have had eating disorders of their own also brought on by comments like yours implying someone is fat when they are not. Next time you talk on the subject of weight to someone or about someone pretend as if they are your daughter(even if you do not have one) Say only what you would want someone to say to your daughter or what you would say to her. There is nothing wrong with educating nutrition and fitness but everything wrong with making an observation that someone is "fat". Usually I find the people who say these comments are people who are larger themselves(or have some insecurity about themselves) and the only way they can feel better about themselves is to put someone else down. If everyone just excepts themselves for who they are you will be much happier, pleasant, eat healthier , lead a more active lifestyle, have less stress, less wrinkles, glowing skin. Just love who you are and see the good in everyone! No time to hate. The more you hate the more it wears on yourself! We all have one life to live. Lets live it to the fullest!
