Katharine McPhee has offered her services to Nicole Richie. She told Star Magazine that Nicole can confide in her since Katharine battled bulimia herself for almost 5 years.  I'm sure that's exactly what Nicole was waiting to hear. Either way, it was a nice thing to do on Katharine's part. I just don't think Nicole is ready to admit anything.
