Madonna Just Got Really Busy

First Madonna made a group of little fans happy by reading her children's book to them, The English Roses: Too Good To Be True.

Then she was photographed coming out of her car on the way to tape a segment for the Regis and Kelly show.

Last but not least, she greeted her fans and sat down for a nice chat with Regis and Kelly about her book, her new son, and how the press is twisting everything around.
