Jennifer Garner Makes Getting A Parking Ticket Look Cute

That isn't a Willy Wonka Ticket! That's a parking ticket! Yet, Jennifer Garner was all smiles when she took hers off her car window. She is such a doll! I got a parking ticket on Friday because my inspection inspired on Oct 31st. I wasn't so happy....
In other news, I noticed that California parking tickets are blue. In NY they are orange. I just assumed all states had the same color tickets.
