We always hear about Katie Holmes heading out shopping. Well, here she is again, in her YSL tunic looking great and heading to Beverly Hills. (I wish I had her credit card- Or Tom's) Rachel Weisz, is wearing the same tunic, only making a more elegant statement by pairing it with a skirt. I think I prefer it with skirt.What do you prefer?

The only difference between YSL's tunic and Cynthia Vincent's tunic is that Cynthia's comes with a belt. Keep it or replace it at your own whim. I love this piece because it is black, simple, and it will make a statement.
