Access Hollywood is reporting that Kevin Federline will barely walk away with a million dollars due to the iron-clad pre-nup he signed right before he married Britney Spears. The worst part of their story is the fact that their source said that Kevin “only spent four days with the baby [Jayden] since it was born.” It was that fact that pushed Britney over the edge and realized this mistake has gone too far.
A source close to the family reveals to Access Hollywood that under their prenuptial agreement, which the source termed “iron-clad,” Kevin Federline will receive “under a million dollars.” And while Federline indicated that he will seek custody of their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, the source said, “It’ll be a joke if he fought [for] custody. He never did that with the other kids [he had with Shar Jackson].” (source)
I don’t think Access Hollywood is taking into account the fact that the pre-nup also says all gifts valued greater than $10,000 must be returned to the giver. So unless Kevin invested the mucho dollars he received from Sean Preston’s official first pictures, he isn’t walking away with anything but debt. I can’t wait until this officially goes down. In other news, did you see the Saturday Night Live skit where they made fun of Britney? I was hysterical! It isn’t on YouTube yet. But I will keep looking.
