Love It Or Hate It: Nelly Furtado's Entire Outfit

Nelly Furtado was in Germany to sing at the Bambi awards. I think the dress is adorable. But we have to take all things into consideration. How do you feel about the:

hair (bangs and all)?

black tights with this dress choice?

velvet shoes?

Mr. T junior chains?
