Keith Urban Is Out Of Rehab

Although Keith Urban's rep insists that he is "still undergoing treatment", Keith is officially out of rehab and back with Nicole Kidman. Us Weekly is reporting that the couple celebrated his release by having brunch at the Polo lounge in LA.
