Hey all you internet doctors, he will not have buckteeth for having a pacifier at his age.
For one thing he has great hair.. so why not leave it long… for another thing hes only a little kid. and his arm is hurt.. and he looks tired and scared enough with everyone taking his picture.. give him the stupid pacifier who cares. kate seems like a great mom.. i dont see anyone givin brittany spears crap over stupid things like this. really.. this is so dumb.
