cute dress, and her face isnt as ugly as usual, but whats up with those hideous PLASTIC shoes???? i mean, who wears those unless stripping for 5 $? and its not the first time ive seen both hiltons in them. they look cheap and trashy.
Dress is okay...but the shoes are horrible.
I think she needs to get some new shoes and retire those old, skanky ones.
