Oh and PS, she wants to direct.

SHE may get raped in her next movie - currently titled "The Untitled Dakota Fanning project" - but Dakota Fanning, 12, thinks it's "wonderful." In an interview with thereeler.com, Fanning said of her movie, which will debut at Sundance, "I don't think that anybody should be talking about it yet because nobody's seen it yet, you know? . . . It's a wonderful film, and I'm really proud to be in it. I can't wait for people to see it." (source)

"I would love to direct someday," Fanning told Time magazine for editions on newsstands Monday. "I've learned a lot from watching directors I've worked with, like Steven Spielberg and Gary Winick, whom I worked with on Charlotte's Web. I would love to have that relationship with another actor." I agree with you totally and completely.
As do I.
Totally creepy.
I always knew this little child was weird from her awareness and maturity to her creepy little laugh. Is she possessed, better yet is her mom possessed?
As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse .. I would have to agree that it is much too tramatic for a child to even act at being raped ...
only 12? from the way she acts and speaks, i thought she was like 35...
