First off, are those stains on her dress? She is all kinds of nasty. I think she has been wearing a bunch of wigs, trying to find the real Britney under all those bad hair styles. Unfortunately the real Britney was lost somewhere in the 90s and is long gone.

Britney is actually a gorgeous young woman, but this is as if she is TRYING to look horrible.
