Worst Dressed List Toppers -- Isn't It Obvious?

Mr. Blackwell came out with his famous Worst Dressed Women List for 2006. The top three are:


  • Britney Spears


  • Paris Hilton


  • Lindsay Lohan



Rounding up the top ten is Meryl Streep! That's some range in that list huh? Britney is pictured above with her friends on the 4th of January.
