Elliott Yamin's Teeth

Wow... Elliott Yamin looks different. Is it a good thing or a bad thing? The old teeth were horrible. But are the new ones much better?

New teeth are much better. I do agree the beard should go. He was great on American Idol. His voice was awesome and his back story really made me want him to win. He is virtually deaf in one ear and must wear an insulin pump. Plus, the boy loves him mama! I know...I need a life!

I had my two front teeth fixed, so I can sympathize. It feels wonderful to smile and my teeth also line up better. At first, they look shockingly large and white, but it will become more natural once people (and Elliott himself) are used to it. He is apparently a very happy smiley person and good for him that he can now openly express himself through smiling without feeling self conscious about a silly thing like teeth.

I hate those oversized, too perfect teeth that everybody is getting these days. Braces would have been better, at least they would have been HIS. Our standard of beauty is countinuously getting narrower. It is as if anything about you that makes you an individual is labelled as ugly. Sorry Elliott, I loved your music and your unique look. I think his teeth look great...hate to say it but when you are in the public eye these things are very noticable...if you sing and people look at your mouth it is important. I bet it has been a tremendous ego boost...with what he has accomplished and where he is going. Hats off to this young man that has come through so many obstacles.

I think Elliot is AMAZING i love his voice and yes his teeth were bad but everything else about him was always good...now he has a new look and should deffinely be proud of himself. teeth too big? I liked him just the way he was! The new teeth or big and ugly and ackward. His voice is what appealed to me. This makes me upset because society is so screwed up and stuck on the outer appearance because they, it, lacks personality. Personality Elliott has ten times over.

I think he was just fine the way he was, I think its tacky that our world says you have to be "pretty" to be in the public eye. The teeth change also changed his voice, I think hes great no matter the teeth!
