WHAT AM I READING? TMZ is reporting that Howard K. Stern is the one who supplied Daniel Smith with methadone! After Daniel died, he flushed the rest of the drug down the toilet. The Coroner in the Bahamas wants to conduct a formal inquest into the death and witnesses will be called to testify. I'm not surprised by this. Howard probably supplies Anna Nicole with a few of her pills too. Obviously his intention was not to kill Daniel. Let's see what happens with this new information. Could Howard be heading to jail?
The Coroner in the Bahamas will conduct a formal inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son. TMZ has learned one of the witnesses will testify that Howard K. Stern gave Anna's son one of the drugs that killed him.
The inquest will be held on March 26. We're told more than 20 witnesses will be called, including Smith and Stern. A source in the coroner's office says one of the witnesses will testify that Stern allegedly gave Daniel methadone. And we're told that the witness will testify that Stern flushed the remaining methadone down the toilet after Daniel died. (source)

I thought it was fishy when her son passed away, then the supposedly "marriage", then trying to keep the baby away from her real father. I actually wondered if this might happen long ago, looks like my suspicions might have been right on the mark. Now it really all adds up. Looks like Stern did away with them both. Does anyone remember during the Anna Nicole show, Howard saying that he will not date or even think about a relationship until he gets anna her money? I personally think he got tired of waiting. He got Daniel out of the way so he would be next in line one way or another. He knew Anna was depressed over Daniels death, and he played on her emotional insecurities. He knew Anna was suicidal, that is why he pushed for a marriage. He is a fake, and controled Anna. He made sure she didnt have anything to do with her family, because he was afraid they would get some of the pie. Anna never forgot where she came from, she reached out to her mom when daniel died. i agree with danielle howard was always with anna through everything you could tell he loved her in the episodes of her show. and it is true when your with someone that is addicted to drugs it is very hard to decide to leave them at there lowest point of there life especially when everyone else has abandoned you because you have a problem. i truly believe he loved her and her son like his own. about the dna obviously it was annas decision to have howard sign the birth certificate. just like close friends said howard was fullfilling annas wishes in death as he did in life by having her buried next to her son like she wanted and doing the dna when it has been ordered by the bahamian legal system. hes protecting her from people that are trying to use her even when she is no longer living. if he was in it for the money he would not have said he would waive any money that he would possibly recieve from anna nicoles estate he said that under oath and on national tv that doesnt sound like hes in it for the money at all. these are just my opinions and everybody has the right to there own

it matters where the dna is done because in the bahamas you can cohabitate with someone and if the mother acknowledges the name on the birth certificate then there is no question about who th father is. yes larry can go to the bahamas and ask for a right to get dna but the judge will probably not force howard to do so because in the bahamas you are the biological father if your name is on the birth certificate but there are many things that larrys lawyers could protest but the dna will probably not be orderd y do you think they havent made the trip there yet? who knows what will happen maybe they can come up with some agreement outside of all the lawyers and media hopefully for the sake of the baby they will soon!
