While filming a driving scene on her latest movie, The Invasion (a movie that involves zombies which means I am SO there), Nicole Kidman's car crashed into a pole and trash can. To be safe, Nicole was rushed to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in an SUV but was released two hours later. Thankfully, she wasn't injured.
