Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant were all smiles during a press conference to promote their newest movie, Music and Lyrics. Drew looks simply amazing. After work was done, she hopped on over to The Ivy and signed some autographs on the way out. Click on the thumbnails below to enlarge each picture.
