Is The Wrong Man Leaving Grey's Anatomy?

Is T.R. Knight is leaving Grey's Anatomy? Yes according to an unnamed source. We know how THAT goes though right? Apparently, T.R. feels the mood on the set has become toxic and doesn't want to be part of it anymore. I don't know... they seemed like a very loving group of actors to me during the SAG acceptance speech. But should T.R. really be the one to leave the show?
He "is so upset about the situation and so disgusted by how it was all handled," that he's planning to leave the show, says a source."He was told not to say anything about the whole incident. He kept his word, but then the whole thing blew up again at the Golden Globes, and when he was asked about it, he basically called Isaiah a liar. He feels that the atmosphere there is so toxic and unhealthy. I suppose things could change and we would stay, but for now, he's planning to leave the show."
When T.R. Knight's rep was asked if he was leaving the show, she said, "We're not commenting on that."

How sad! Why would TR Knight leave an AWARD-winning TV show?! I mean, his time has arrived--the time is NOW to stay ON this show! I love the character that he plays, George, on the show--but, methinks that TR is TOO MUCH of a wussy boy like the George character if he bows out now. Washington has the problem.
Really! Stop whining and hang on to your hit show.

What a cry baby
why should Isaiah be fired for a word that is randomly used daily by everyone at some time. Isaiah has apologized and basically is getting help for his temper tantrums and lack of respect for white men prima donnas. TR knew he was gay before he came on the show. Is that not the word used to describe gay people before the word "gay" was used? They were called "homos", too. Isaiah has put himself out there with the gay community and has accepted responsibilty to educate the young communities on the unacceptable use of the word "faggot". Isaiah should keep his job. TR is trying to play a forced out with Isaiah, he leaves or I go. He should remember when was his last job before Greys Anatomy. What will TR do when someone on the streets call him a "faggot"?
