Holy Moly! I can't believe how BACK TO SHAPE Brooke Burke is ALREADY! Didn't she just have her baby... YESTERDAY? I'm trying really hard not to scream. But this is just absurd. She looks simply amazing. I can't even imagine how much work and effort she put into getting back to her old body frame. Just thinking about it makes me tired.

Well, also, muscles take a long time to atrophy, so if someone was superfit before giving birth, it takes relatively little time to rebuild those muscles. For example, Britney bounced back really well from the first kid, and not so well from the second kid.
Oh yes, and they all have personal trainers.
you guys are making me not want to have children lol.. my sister bounced back in under two months so hopefully i got the same genes in that department
She worked out like a maniac during her entire pregnancy (and prior, also). I am sure she ate just the correct amount of food to sustain nutrition, also. It absolutely does wonders to have a personal trainer. Her JOB is her appearance. If we were paid millions to do the same thing and had nannies, cooks, housekeepers... not to mention to a personal trainer to motivate our vanity - we would probably all look amazing, also. Instead, we take care of the kiddies, try to find time for a shower, hope to look decent for our hubbies, cook, clean and do all that wonderful stuff... called life. (However, I am sure if you ask your kiddies or your hubbies who is beautiful... you will see the twinkle in their eyes when they say... you! :)
I agree, she is not fat, she looks amazing. I think she earned it with working out all the way through. It really makes a difference.
