Anna Nicole Smith Pronounced Dead
Oh no! Anna Nicole Smith died in Florida today. I can only imagine what she did to herself. This is just such a tragic story. Her poor daughter will never know her brother or mother.
"I can confirm that she is deceased. It's as shocking to me as to you guys," Smith's attorney, Ronald Rale, told Reuters. "I don't know anything further. [Her lawyer and husband] Howard [K. Stern], obviously, is speechless and grieving."

UPDATE: I can't stop thinking about this! It is so upsetting. I have so many questions that need to be answered. Do you think Larry is going to push as hard as he has been now that Anna is dead? Who gets Anna's millions? Howard? Danni? No one? Are we going to see the same drugs in her system that killed her son? It is just terrible! She wasn't even 40 years old. I know that a lot of you are emailing me saying that Danni is better off without her in her life. But a mom is a mom. I am shocked.

Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy will be performed on Friday. Danni was not with her at the hotel.
Smith checked into the hotel Monday evening and was due to check out Friday, said Danielle Giordaano, a spokeswoman for Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino. Officials said her baby was not with her, but she was accompanied by her husband and four others, including a nurse, Bloom said.
Seminole, Fla. Police Chief Charlie Tiger told reporters that Smith's personal nurse found Smith unconscious in her room at 1:39 p.m. ET. Police were called at 1:45 p.m. "for a person needing medical assistance," Tiger said. When police arrived, they found Smith, who was being given CPR by her bodyguard, he said.
Five minutes later hotel security and emergency medical technicians responded to her room and contacted local fire and rescue teams. Smith was taken to the hospital shortly after 2:10 p.m. She died at the hospital, Tiger said. Edwina Johnson, chief investigator of the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office, said the cause of death is under investigation and an autopsy will be done on Friday. (USA TODAY)

I am so shocked. I feel sick for that baby girl, she will find out her life started with losing her brother, then her mother, and possibly the man she is now bonding with as her father.
As a new mom...this is sooo heartbreaking. Poor little Danni to come into the world and to live through so much trauma so quickly. I hope whoever her guardian turns out to be devotes their life to making her a happy and healthy child. All that was good about Anna lives on in her. Sooo sad....Hope that she is at peace. Unless a child is abused by a parent, they are not "better off" without that parent. Anna Nicole may have been a lot of things, but genuinely loved her children. How could a baby girl be better off having her mother taken away from her forever?

i wouldnt be surprised if that howard guy isnt involved with the family of that old guy she married, and had something to do with the death of her and her son for a big payout of some sort from the old mans family.......they really didnt want her to have any of that money! gut feeling is saying that howard has something to do with both these deaths and i fear for the life of that poor baby.

I hnow how Anna died her stupid ass husband killed her first of all Marshall E. Pierce died last june and then anna got all of his money thats the first person he took out. After that in september danni was born three days later her son mysteriously died of a drug overdosed and that was to make her depressed because if he got rid of him then it would be one step closer to winning over all those millions. So not to long ago he has to get in the will so he marrys her and then not to long afterwards he kills her on Feb. 8th Howard did it not to long ago annas mom was on larry king live and she told anna if she was out there that danny did not kill himself and told her to be careful who she hangs out with and because she would be next and she was right Howard K. I dont think that anna was on any drugs that were not by her doctor. I feel that she knew she was ill, and thats why she decided to marry K.Stern.She had the nurse there because maybe she did not want to go to the hospital because of the media always blowing things soooo out of what it really is. Im so sad at the death of anna nicole, ive always been intrested in her since i first saw her in the media when she married. she had such a struggle it seems to me, i feel she was like norma jeane just wanted to feel loved by every one. i can only imagine how terrilbe it was for her when she lost her beloved son, the pain she was going thorugh must have hurt her so bad. to have just had a baby then that happen she must have been so lost. i really do feel upset about all of it, i so hope that dannilynn gets looked after propley and the memory of her mum is respected as all she will know of her mum is what has been writtern, i so hope that that she grows up feeling loved and that her family tell her how very loved she and her brother was by there mum, i know anna didnt always live her life senserble but im sure in my heart she loved her babies, may you rest in peace anna and find peace with your beloved son danni, and both watch over dannilynn as i feel she will need looking after in the years to come
Howard K Stern loved her and her mother used and abused her. Leave him alone. Her mother should stay out of her death as she stayed out of her life. Howard should bring up his baby. Anna Nicole, rest in peace.

My thoughts…
I am very suspicious of Howard K. Stern myself. Considering all that I have read and heard and interviews with Howard himself over the past several months. I have alot of questions and I feel alot of things need to be looked into extensively.
First of all, I find it interesting that these things coincidentally fell into place, let’s take a look at the facts:
(1.) 6/27/1994 - Anna Nicole Smith Married J. Howard Marshall II
(2.) 8/4/1995 - J. Howard Marshall dies leaving wife Anna Nicole Smith nothing. She even went to battle with his son over his ashes, they decided to split them, so she got half and he got half of them. After Marshall’s death a court battle for his $1.6 billion estate began between Anna and his son, then when his son died, the battle was between Anna and his sons family…
NOTE: now, the battle will continue but who will in the end be the final heir? Will it be Anna Nicoles Daughter? Howard K. Stern?
(3.) 1996 Anna Nicole Smith meets Howard K. Stern when she was referred to his law firm… (in regards to her husband J. Howard Marshall, II and his death?) Regardless, he helped her win millions of dollars and has been fighting for more.
NOTE: Money a motivating factor??? Reason for an obvsession with the possible heiress of billions of dollars? HMMMMM
(4.) 6/1/2006 - Anna Nicole Smith confirmed she was pregnant (in a video clip posted on her Web site.) (however, she did not mention the fathers name….)
“Let me stop all the rumors. Yes, I am pregnant. I’m happy, I’m very very happy about it. Everything’s goin’ really, really good and I’ll be checking in and out periodically on the Web and I’ll let you see me as I’m growing,†she said
(5.)6/26/2006 - E. Pierce Marshall died (he was the son of the late J. Howard Marshall, II , Anna Nicoles Millionaire husband whom she married in 1994 who incidently died the following year and she has since been involved in legal disputes over the estate with E. Pierce Marshall until the time of his death which then his family took over where he left off.)
–Sept. 27, 2000: A California judge issues a $450 million ruling for Smith against Pierce Marshall, later upped to $474 million.
–March 7, 2001: A Houston jury rules that Smith is not entitled to half the estate of her late husband, and that his sole heir is his son.
–May 24, 2001: A U.S. district judge in Los Angeles throws out the $474 million judgment previously awarded from the estate of her late husband.
–March 2002: The U.S. District Court judge awards Smith $88 million of J. (6.) 9/7/2006 Anna’s Daughter, Dannielynn Hope (Marshall) was born.

(7.) 9/10/2006 - Daniel Smith (20 yrs old) died in a hospital room in the Bahamas where his mother (Anna Nicole) was recuperating from giving birth. And Mr. Howard K. Stern was also present (although it has been said he conveniently was not in the room at the time of death…) And a private pathologist Cyril Wecht said Wednesday toxicology tests showed Daniel had METHADONE, Zoloft and Lexapro in his system when he died.
NOTE: (PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE METHADONE… AND ByBy the way… WHERE DID IT COME FROM?)
P.S. results of an official autopsy have not been released. An inquest into his death is scheduled to begin March 27.

(8.) 9/26/2006 - Stern appeared live on the Larry King Show via satellite from the Bahamas, to announce that he and Anna “love each otherâ€, that he was the father of Anna’s newborn daughter Danilynne Hope, and that the he and Anna would get married at some point.
(9.) 9/27/2006 - an ex-boyfriend, photographer Larry Birkhead, says he is the real father of Anna Nicoles baby girl. A lawsuit is filed.
(10.) 9/28/2006 - Anna Nicole Smith has Commitment ceremony with lawyer Howard K. Stern on a 50-foot catamaran anchored off Blackbeard’s Cay in Nassau, Bahamas. (September 29, 2006 column says according to her attorney, Michael Scott, the ceremony was “not legally bindingâ€)
P.S. Howard Sterns sister said “They had plans to get a yacht and to buy an engagement ring. They were going to get married February 27. It was going to be a real marriageâ€
NOTE: What’s the rush? So soon after she loses her son Daniel? Was it because of the DNA case with Burkhead? Did they realllllly love eachother or was this Sterns idea to so call “protect the baby� To keep the truth about the real father from coming out?
(11.) 11/7/2006 - Anna Nicole Smith is discharged from a week-long stay in a Bahamas hospital where she received treatment for pneumonia and a collapsed lung.
(12.) 12/21/2006 - The Los Angeles Superior Court rules that Smith must bring Dannielynn to California for a paternity test. That ruling was temporarily blocked and the question was pending.
(13.) 2/8/2007 - Anna Nicole Smith was found dead in her hotel room. It was 1:38 p.m. when Anna Nicole Smith’s private nurse, Tasma Brighthaupt, discovered her collapsed in Suite 607 of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Brighthaupt called a hotel operator to report that Smith was in need of help. She also called Howard K. Stern, who was said to be looking at a yacht that he and Anna were in the process of buying which was about 20 minutes away. It was not until about 1:45 p.m., almost seven minutes after Smith was discovered, that someone finally called 911. By the time the paramedics arrived, Anna Nicole’s bodyguard Maurice “Mo†Brighthaupt( Tasma’s husband), was supposedly trying to resuscitate Smith himself, using CPR.
NOTE: WHY? WHY? WHY wasnt 911 the FIRST number called? This just does not feel good to me!!! And even the fact that the nurse and the body gaurd are possibly husband and wife makes me really question this scenario. I am just so very suspicious of everyone here!
Then also consider the other issues surrounding Anna…
(1.) Most importantly, who will care for the child who lost her mother? Will it be Stern, a possible killer/ at least willful participant/enabler/drug provider in her drug addiction? Larry Birkhead who had filed for paternity test just after she was born (because he wants to take responsibility for the child he believes he helped bring into the world and to protect her from danger, maybe he too was suspicious of Daniels death and Howard K. Sterns role in it.). Will it be Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, who recently said he had a decade-long affair with Anna Nicole? Or will it be the Body Guard? Or did Anna concieve Dannielynn by using her late husband J. Howard Marshall II’s frozen sperm cells as suggested by her sister Donna Hogan? Will the DNA tests ever take place? And even if they do will the REAL father gain custody? Will there be a baby switching?
NOTE: I just don’t trust anyone here, not the lawyers, the judge, the cops, Dr. Joshua Perper, the Broward County medical examiner who performed the autopsy on Smith (WHY DOES HE WANT THE BODY RELEASED RIGHT AWAY? REALLLLY? IS HE BEING PAID? Also, and even this is fishy to me, afraid it seems someone besides Stern will get the body??? “Perper will not release the body without a court order because of public interest and the fact that more than one person may attempt to claim the body. â€
I just dont trust any of them, I think there should be more than one examiner, I feel AT LEAST there should be one of her mother and sisters choosing, same with anyone associated with this DNA test and anything involving evidence, I really feel the BIG possibility of a cover up here and what people will do for money or possible blackmail…. HMMMMM
(2.) The house she lived in, who does it really belong to? Anna had claimed that a U.S. developer and former boyfriend, G. Ben Thompson, gave her the house. But Thompson said he had only loaned it to Smith — and on Friday had the locks changed after her death, but Howard K. Stern had the locks changed again and on Sunday was back at the estate, known as “Horizons.†So is the house Sterns now? I just don’t like it….
(3.) Anna’s friends all say Stern controlled her, he obviosly alienated her from everyone, family, friends, and according to Larry Birkhead, Stern is the reason they spilt up. Are we listening to these people? Her family? Her friends? And her mom, was Anna really pissed at her mom because her mom tried to make her quit the drugs? It appears to me, her mom was the only one who ever attempted to get her clean? Maybe not enough, but Hey, I know how hard it is to help someone stop using drugs, they have to want to, but I also know that most generally the more you push them to get off the drugs, the more you push them away. Does this mean that Her mom shouldn’t get to see that baby? What because anna didn’t wanna talk to her mom because she gave her a hard time over the drug use? Howard, I don’t think that is good enough excuse to keep a child from her MATERNAL GRANDMOTHER!!!
(4.) And what about the nanny? Quethlie Alexis, Smith’s Bahamian nanny, testified in a sworn affidavit that she was ordered to underfeed Dannielynn because Anna Nicole was “obsessed with making sure that her baby was ’sexy.’†Is that REALLLLLLLLLLLLLY TRUE OMG????? Please say it isnt so!
(5.) And what about the witness at the hospital when Daniel died? A source in the Bahamas coroner’s office has said a witness will testify that Howard K. Stern, Anna’s companion and lawyer, allegedly gave Daniel methadone. Is it possible that Billy Smith, the father of Daniel, could sue Anna’s estate for wrongful death and should he? HMMMMM
(6.) What about the Doctor that supposedly prescribed her the drugs that might have killed her? Dr. Sandeep Kapoor had apparently prescribed methadone to an Anna Nicole Smith alias shortly before she gave birth to the daughter. Is this where Daniel got his Methadone? and what about the post office box where the drugs were being sent? The person at the postal office claimed never to have seen Anna but that Howard K Stern was a frequent visitor there.
(7.) How about the Immigration Allegations? The story is that Smith had a fling with the Bahamian immigration minister to protect everything dear to her — her baby daughter, the hundreds of millions the child could inherit and an island home worth $900,000 that Smith had gotten for free, according to new charges. It is said that Smith slept with Shane Gibson, who fast-tracked Smith’s residency in August 2006, a month before Dannielynn was born, a political opponent had acused. However, Gibson denied that his friendship with Smith led him to fast-track her residency application. The interview was aired late Monday, after photographs of Gibson and Smith embracing in her bed with their clothes on appeared on the front page of The Tribune of Nassau. Stern says “They came to the house to pray with us on too many occasions to count.†On another note, A worker for the Bahamian opposition party said Gibson blabbed to everyone within earshot how he sleptwith Anna Nicole Smith. The Nassau Tribune claimed to have considerably more intimate photos, which were being sold to media outlets in the United States. Ingrahm Ivone, a public-relations consultant and researcher for the opposition, claimed there also were e-mails proving they were sexually involved. Was this all innocent or was Anna willing to do anything to keep the truth about the babys father secret? Was this all Howards doing? Was it for Blackmail? To get what they wanted, ie…. residency? WHATS UP with all this?
(8.) And what about the TRIMSPA lawsuit? What will happen with that now?
I have alot more to say and alot of unanswered questions, as I know alot of people do, but my gutt is telling me this thing is a little too fishy to be coincidence, this stuff was orchestrated somehow, and even if it wasn’t, I hold Howard K. Stern responsible for not doing something about the drug situation! Especially when she was pregnant!!! My God, that is failure to protect that innocent child! WHERE THE HELL IS the Child protective services in all of this?

The only thing I agree with is that I thik she would want to be burried next to her son, I know that is where I would want to be, no doubt I believe she would want that, the problem I see here is that The DNA should be taken by more than one party (ie… someone representing Anna Nicoles mothers interests and possibly the person already doing the DNA), that is just to be sure there are no disputes on the true results of Annas DNA and to be certain that this baby is truely Anna Nicoles baby. I also don’t think that morally Stern has no rights to her body, he is not legally her husband, however as I said, I do feel that she would want to be next to her son, so if they give Anna to her mother for burial, I pray the allow her to bring Daniel home to be next to his mother and I really think that is what the mother wants to do and my personal opinion is that in all rights she should. I don’t think her mother is acting like she was Anna Nicoles world, I think that she is her mother and mothers feel a special bond for their children even when they don’t get along, there is still nothing like the feeling a mother has for her child, they are a part of you forever. And I think she is acting on that maternal bond.
As for Birkhead, I think he is doing what he feels is right, he believes that baby is a part of him and he wants to be that babys daddy, i hear all the time about people complaining about fathers not standing up and taking responsibility of the children they bring into the world, this guy is trying to do that and people are saying its the wrong time??? WHAT? He was trying to do that BEFORE Anna died, not like he started after she died. And I think NOW is even more of a time to pursue his rights, my GOD, think about it, would you want someone else, someone who might of conspired to kill the childs mother, or at least has ulterior motives raising YOUR child? I THINK NOT! I would be so far up Howard K Sterns ass, he wouldn’t be able to breathe without smelling me! There is way too many unanswered questions, too many mysteries here, and I really think they need to get these questions answered before giving Howard K Stern ANY RIGHTS TO ANYTHING! And These Judges and Lawyers need to be first and foremost, PROTECTING THAT CHILD FROM POSSIBLE DANGER!!!! AND GETTING THOSE DNA TESTS DONE!!!!! AND GETTING THAT BABY TO HER PROPER FATHER! AND GIVING ANNA NICOLE TO HER MOTHER so her mother can do what she needs to do to get Anna and her son in the proper place so they can rest in PEACE!
P.S. Maybe Anna was mad at her mom, but behind all anger is pain and I think the pain came from Anna feeling like her mother thought badly of her, because she tried to get her off the drugs, in doing so, pushed Anna away, sometimes we can’t see that our parents only want what is good for us and we think they just don’t love us, and so we hate them. That does not mean that Anna deep down did not love her mother and certainly does not mean that Annas mother did not love her. And it doesn’t matter where Anna is burried anyway, a few months or a few years from now, Howard K. Stern will get remarried, he is young, I doubt he will live the rest of his life single, and he will marry or meet someone and shack up with them and then what rights should he have to Anna? NONE just like NOW! If they do put her in the ground in The Bahamas, later, her mother can have her brought back to the USA, so why bother, let the woman have her now! It is a NO BRAINER PEOPLE!

I FEEL MUCH LIKE MOE ANNA BODY GUARD SHE DIED OF DEPRESSION SHE LOST HER SON SHE WORSHIPED AN LOVED SO MUCH AND DANIELYN CAME INTO HER LIFE AND GAVE HER A RAY OF SUNSHINE THEN SHE WAS PRESSED BY THE FACT THAT SHE HAD TO PROVE THE BABYS DAD SAHE DID STATE THAT HOWARD WAS THE FATHER CAUSE SHE THOUGHT THAT HE WOULD BE ARIUND TO FATHER HER AND SHE WOULD BE THE MOTHER THATS WHAT ANNA WANTED BUT SHE WAS ALSO PRESSURED BY MARSHALLS ESTATE I THINK SHE DESEREVED SHE WAS HIS WIFE.LEGALLLY AND THEONLY WAY THAT SHE KNEW SHE WOULD GET IT IF THE BABY WAS HIS I THINK SHE DID USE MARSHALLS SPERM AND STERN KNEW THIS AND THAT IS WHY HE IS FIGHTING THE DNA TEST WE ALL KNOW THAT ANNA HAD A AWAY OF THROWING TWISTS INTO HER LIFE AND THIS WY SHE WOULD GET THE MONEY SHE DESERVES BUT WITH ANNA DEAD THIS ONLY LEADS TO MORE LEGAL ISSUES I DONT THINK STERN WANTS TO DEAL WITH THE DAY SHE DIED SHE WAS PROBLY LAYING THERE MOURING THE DEATH OF HER SON UNABLE TO BE WITH HER BABY AND THE PRESSURE OF DNA TESTING ABD MAYBE SHE WASNT READY FOR ALL OF THE TRUTH TO COME OUT AND SHE OVER MEDICATED HERSELF DEPRESSION SHE TRIED TO RUN FROM BUT SHE JUST DIDNT REALIZE THAT MEDICATION WAS THE ANSWER TO ALL OF HER TURMOIL SHE TRIED TO PUT ALL OF THIS OUT OF HER MIND AND LIFE SO SHE TURNED TO DRUGS LIKE MOST PEOPLE DO THESE DAYS DEPRESSION WILL KILL YOU IVE HAD MY SHARE OF DEPRESSION THIS PAST YEAR AND ITS NO LIFE FOR ANYONE TO LIVE AQND YOU LOOK FOR ANY ESCAPE TO GET YOU BACK ON TRACK I THINK SHE REALIZED SHE HAD ALOT TO LIVE FOR WITH THE BABY BUT SHE WAS SO OVERWHELMED BY OTHER ISSUSES SHE COULDNT WIN THE BATTLE. AT LEAST FOR ONCE IN HER LIFE SHE IS AT PEACE AND SHE DONT HAVE TO FIGHT ANYMORE BATTLES HER BATLES ARE OVER AND AT PEACE WITH HER SON AND HER BABYS GUARDIAN ANGEL WATCH OVER HER AND KEEP HER FROM ALL HARM ANNA MARSHALL AND DANIEL PEACE BE WITH ALL OF YOU AT LAST THE BATTLE IS OVER FOR YALL WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU AND HELP KEEP THE REST OF US STRONGAS WE STRUGGLE THRU EVERYDAYS LIFE. THERE IS A LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL BUT WE CANT GIVE UP HOPE BUT KEEP PRESSING ON TO IT I THINK YOUR LIFE HAS TAUGHT US ALL SOMETHING VERY VALUABLE KEEP IN CONTROL AND DONT GIVE UP THERE ARE ANSWERS TO ALL PROBLEMS NO MATTER HOW BAD THEY MAY SEEM.WE WILL MISS YOU AND KEEP DANIELYN IN OUR DAILY PRAYERS
i am so happy that larry is the father of dannielynn i cant belive that anne is died that little girl is rich now and i think that she will be halpless with out he mother anne should of called somebody if she was sick. and we will all miss her. and think about the whole time is grows up and thinks what would my mom say about this and what would she do. u never knew her mom and she will never know and i think that howard did something to her cuz in all the new saud that and the mag siad that he killed her and he told them that he did cuz the sex was not good for him and that he wanted the moeny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!rest in pce anne dannilynn is goin to love you
