Mark your calendars (with pencil) because it seems that ANOTHER judge ruling has been executed adding an extension to the paternity test deadline Anna Nicole Smith has to submit Dannielynn to. The NEW date is Feb. 21st. How much longer can she avoid this?
Anna Nicole Smith's case of "Who's the Daddy" will continue, based on a ruling by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert A. Schnider. According to photographer Larry Birkhead's attorney Debra Opri, the judge ruled Wednesday that Anna Nicole and baby girl Dannielynn must submit to DNA paternity testing without further delay. Judge Schinder ordered that the test be completed by Feb. 21, 2007. (source)

you know whats even worse is that she just died in a hotel room in the hard rock casino in hollywood, FL due to overdose. that leaves her newborn baby with an unknown father. this is a tradegy. i feel bad for that little baby.

idontgetit.......you are the 1 that is SCARY......to say something like you did about this being the best day of her childs life! your parents didnt do that great a job with you it seems because you seem to have a cold heart...and have you ever thought (if you have any) how your kids feel about you?? and yes....it might be a good idea for you to GIVE UP!

Please let Larry Birkhead know that it appears that under Bahamian
law, Howard K.. Stern (and most possibly, ANS) is an illegal alien,
which makes the baby stateless unless American citizenship (through
her biological father) can be shown. This is because they have a
problem with illegal immigration from Haiti. The only way to get
citizenship in the Bahamas is if you buy real estate. It has not been
established that Anna Nicole Smith or Howard K. Smith owned real
estate in the Bahamas. Howard certainly did not buy any real estate
so therefore he is an illegal alien and "his" child is stateless and
not subject to Bahamian law.
