Anna Nicole Smith’s case of “Who’s the Daddy” will continue, based on a ruling by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert A. Schnider.According to photographer Larry Birkhead’s attorney Debra Opri, the judge ruled Wednesday that Anna Nicole and baby girl Dannielynn must submit to DNA paternity testing without further delay. you know whats even worse is that she just died in a hotel room in the hard rock casino in hollywood, FL due to overdose. that leaves her newborn baby with an unknown father. this is a tradegy. i feel bad for that little baby.

Please let Larry Birkhead know that it appears that under Bahamian
law, Howard K.. Stern (and most possibly, ANS) is an illegal alien,
which makes the baby stateless unless American citizenship (through
her biological father) can be shown. This is because they have a
problem with illegal immigration from Haiti. The only way to get
citizenship in the Bahamas is if you buy real estate. It has not been
established that Anna Nicole Smith or Howard K. Smith owned real
estate in the Bahamas. Howard certainly did not buy any real estate
so therefore he is an illegal alien and "his" child is stateless and
not subject to Bahamian law.
