Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy was inconclusive. Here are the facts according to CNN:

Police chief says no indication of blunt-force trauma, asphyxiation or other physical trauma.

Prescription drugs found in hotel room but autopsy does not indicate she took them, medical examiner says.

Medical examiner finds no drugs in stomach, no injuries.

Preliminary autopsy does not reveal cause of death.

No illegal drugs were found in Smith's hotel room. He said prescription drugs were found, but would not name them.
