- Prescription drugs found in hotel room but autopsy does not indicate she took them, medical examiner says.
- Medical examiner finds no drugs in stomach, no injuries.
- Preliminary autopsy does not reveal cause of death.
- No illegal drugs were found in Smith’s hotel room. He said prescription drugs were found, but would not name them.
I really appreciate this blog. However drugs might cost your job.
