Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy was inconclusive. Here are the facts according to CNN:
- Police chief says no indication of blunt-force trauma, asphyxiation or other physical trauma.
- Prescription drugs found in hotel room but autopsy does not indicate she took them, medical examiner says.
- Medical examiner finds no drugs in stomach, no injuries.
- Preliminary autopsy does not reveal cause of death.
- No illegal drugs were found in Smith's hotel room. He said prescription drugs were found, but would not name them.

awww bless her. My first thought was drugs - but I secretly hoped that was not the case.
What could it have been? Was she still taking diet pills? And, I am curious long time effects of those....
