Beyonce Signs Autographs For Her Fans
Beyonce is probably one of the best singers my generation has to offer to the music industry. She has successfully broken through into film and has been in a loving relationship with Jay Z for quite some time. WHY do I feel sad for her? I don't want to take anything away from Jennifer Hudson because she deserves what she gets. But I can't help but think of Beyonce every single time the media starts fussing over Jennifer. I know their fame shouldn't be intertwined or compared. But I feel like Beyonce is being left in the shadows right now.
Jennifer lands the cover of Vogue before Beyonce does. Beyonce sings her freaking heart out at the Grammy Awards and people write 'They should have let Jennifer sing instead'. WHAT?! I find the whole Hudson frenzy to be amazing. Again, I'm not taking anything away from her abilities. I understand she is a wonderful singer. But am I to believe that she is a better singer/performer than Beyonce?
Am I crazy? Or do you see it too?
Beyonce has been in the limelight for several years-spare me the pleas for sympathy. Jennifer is just starting out, so of course there will be a lot of attention on her. Her rise to fame was a bit unconventional too, so that may add to the media frenzy.
I have always thought Beyonce was waaay over-rated. Of course, I think most pop music/radio shit sucks ass, and most of these whores are manufactured, talentless robots. She can stay in key, but if I want to hear a female singer, give me Aretha or Bessie Smith.
Beyonce should have stayed in a group. Her voice is not powerful enough for a solo career.

Sorry to say but I truly think she needs a break. Its not the first time that overexpose has taken a toll and it wont be the last. We need an opportunity to miss her. and KArma is a mother maybe now she is simpathizing with the first two orriginal members of DC. Just saying.....what goes around....
I am not trying to be mean, but does Jennifer Hudson have any Grammys or have multiple platinum selling albums? No. Beyonce does. Jennifer had the opportunity to be huge with all the attention from American Idol. Does she even have an album out? Some may say she may be a better singer than Beyonce in this movie and with this genera of music, but overall Beyonce is the stuff and should respected.
Jennifer Hudson sang way better than Beyonce in Dreamgirls!! Jennifer deserves to get the OSCAR!
dreamgirls was fantastic and beyonce was excellent does anyone fail to notice that her character was meant to not have the best voice!!! and that effie(jennifer) did. it was about looks and that was why effie was rejected and dina was given the lead. beyonce can sing and she is a pleasure to watch. i for one loved her performance.
i think that jennifer will win the oscar but if you look at the broadway show her character was the lead and is in the movie. it is all down to politics and publicity.

I am personally Beyonced out! She has been in the spotlight for 3-5 years non stop. I like her and all but sis needs a to take a year to two year long break. JHud is getting the glory because she blew all the other actors out of the water in dreamgirls.

Instead of being being remembered as a truly great woman with a huge heart who supported, encouraged, celebrated and praised the success of her co-star, Jennifer Hudson, Beyoncé will be remembered as the selfish, petty, catty, bitchy, and insecure child who, for 15 minutes, was not the centre of attention and let everyone know that she was pissed off about that.
Beyoncé deserves only sympathy for being an insecure little girl, still so far from becoming a truly great woman.

Have you ever really wondered why Beyounce is always up close and personal in our faces? Because her daddy keeps her there. Yes she is very, very over exposed. Think about it even when she was part of a group she was over exposed. The focus has always been and always will be Beyonce. I think her sister has more talent than she does.
