Eddie Murphy's Ex Is A Class Act

Now THAT'S a lady who can handle a question with grace! Eddie Murphy's ex-wife, Nicole Mitchell , was asked what she thought about Melanie Brown's claim of paternity. Here is what she said:

"It's a very strange situation. If it is Eddie's, it's going to be beautiful. I wish them both love. They look great together."

"If it is Eddie's, it's going to be beautiful"??????? THAT is what she says about her ex? Man, I have a lot of growing up to do because that would NOT have been my response. It's nice to see that these two are maintaining a mature relationship. They remain close for their five children.

I think what she said had a double meaning. I think she also meant that it would be poetic justice. Eddie thought the grass would be greener and the minute he was over the fence, he knocked a chick up. I love it! It was the perfect comment. I wish I could come up with comments like that in a split second!
