Lindsay Lohan is officially out of rehab. She completed 30 days worth of treatment. And when I say 30 days - please include shopping trips, working, eating out with friends, and coffee breaks in the equation. Who will Mike Tyson talk to now?

Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab Access Hollywood can reveal. The actress left Wonderland rehab in Los Angeles earlier today after completing a 30 day stay, the actress’ publicist Leslie Sloane-Zelnick told Access exclusively.  “She will continue as an outpatient,” Sloane-Zelnick told Access’ Michael Lewittes. “She will take it day by day.”  “She’s in it for the long haul, and she asks that her privacy be respected,” the publicist added. Now this is an honest teenage boy! I love it. Daniel Radcliffe told The London Observer that he doesn’t care the reason why girls want to spend time with him. He’ll TAKE IT!

“Some body said to me the other day, ‘Do you ever worry that girls are just giving you attention because of who you are?’ I was like, ‘I’m 17, I don’t care! It’s wonderful!’ ” He recalled being confronted by a girl, nude except for a towel, as he promoted the first Potter movie: “‘I was about 11 . . . I didn’t know what to do with myself. I was just discovering what everything was . . . I wish that would happen again. As I remember, she was very attractive. I’d be up for something now!” (source)

Hugh Grant is back on the market just days after his latest movie, Music and Lyrics, hit the big screen. Jemima Khan and Hugh decided to split amicably. No details on why the two parted ways have been revealed.

Apparently it wasn’t love, actually. Brit actor Hugh Grant is parting ways with his girlfriend Jemima Khan, ending a three-year relationship with the mother of two, his publicist said yesterday. “Hugh and Jemima have decided to split amicably,” Grant rep Robert Garlock told People magazine, without elaborating on why the notes had turned sour for the star of “Music and Lyrics” and Khan, the daughter of billionaire businessman Sir James Goldsmith. In other Hugh news, I was watching The View while he was promoting the film and promised to never say he is quitting acting again. Every time he goes on a media circuit, he always tells the interviewer that the movie he is promoting will be his last. Then a few months later, you see him starring in another one! So Rosie O’Donnell asked him about his discontent with Hollywood and he said, “I’ve given up on saying I’ve given up.” He admitted that he feels so foolish once he returns from his “retirement”. He also mentioned that he has a love for writing and has been attempting to write a book for DECADES. Hugh is only 26 pages in! hahahah I thought that was great.

Nicole Richie was charged with a misdemeanor DUI for her Dec 2006 driving incident and might face jail time (snicker snicker). I have more of a chance of serving that jail time than Nicole does. There is no way she will go to jail. That’s the Hollywood system right?  Do you think there is a chance she will go to jail?

According to the Associated Press, The Simple Life star was charged today with a misdemeanor DUI following a December 11, 2006, incident in which she was caught driving the wrong way down the 134 freeway carpool lane in Burbank, CA. Richie later admitted to taking Viocodin and smoking pot. (source)

Britney will take whatever attention she can get - negative or positive. I feel so bad for her because I see how lost she really feels.

Britney, 25, showed up at California tattoo parlor Friday night with her head completely shaved. “She said she was tired of having things plugged into it,” said eyewitness Emily Wynne-Hughes, apparently referring to her hair extensions. “She looked distraught and disturbed.” Video on Los Angeles KABC-TV also shows the newly shorn Spears with a new tattoo on the back of her neck, and tattoo artist Max Gott reveals “she [also] got some cute little lips on her wrist.” Eyewitness Emily said Britney was “scatterbrained” and said she “wanted people to stop touching her.” Another witness added Britney “looks like she’s having an issue right now.” (source)
