Nicole Richie was charged with a misdemeanor DUI for her Dec 2006 driving incident and might face jail time (snicker snicker). I have more of a chance of serving that jail time than Nicole does. There is no way she will go to jail. That's the Hollywood system right?  Do you think there is a chance she will go to jail?

According to the Associated Press, The Simple Life star was charged today with a misdemeanor DUI following a December 11, 2006, incident in which she was caught driving the wrong way down the 134 freeway carpool lane in Burbank, CA. Richie later admitted to taking Viocodin and smoking pot. (source)
