  • Howard K. Stern, the partner and lawyer of Anna Nicole Smith, testified Tuesday at an emergency hearing in Florida as the battle over Anna Nicole Smith's body continues. Stern said that Smith had always talked about dying young and that, before her son's death in September, she had wanted to be buried near Marilyn Monroe. Stern said that after much research Smith later purchased double plots in the Bahamas. Smith's son, Daniel, was laid to rest in one of those plots and Stern said it was her wish to be laid to rest in the other. More info here...

"She was my best friend, lover, the mother of my daughter - ” literally everything to me, my whole world," said Howard K. Did anyone see her give that "Whatever" look right after the video of Anna basically saying that she had NO relationship with her mother? If that was my daughter I would have been bawling...even if she was all doped up. That is some MAJOR hate there. I think Anna will be buired next to her son.
