Stern gave the announcement to the media. Anna Nicole’s mother was by their side. The announcement was brief and all questions relating to the paternity of Dannielynn were dismissed.

Judge Seidlin has decided that Anna Nicole Smith will be buried wherever Attorney Milstein chooses. Dannielynn’s side won this the case. Her attorney will get to make the decision. THE JUDGE CRIED DURING HIS ANNOUNCEMENT! Seidlin then said he really wants Anna Nicole buried with her son in the Bahamas. He continued to cry and bang on his desk while Howard K. Stern was red in the face holding back his tears. The proceeding ended with Attorney Milstein asking to stick around with the other parties to discuss the outcome.

So basically - HE PASSED THE BUCK! There is no answer as of yet. Since the father of Dannielynn is unknown, we are exactly where we started. An appeal is expected.

During the Anna Nicole Smith court case, Larry Birkhead took the stand and admitted something that made my jaw drop. He said that Anna Nicole miscarried in February of 2005 with their first child. Of course there is no proof of this. So Larry could say anything he wants to at this point. But Larry’s position is that he fathered two of Anna Nicole’s children.

Britney Spears has checked back into rehab for the third time. Rumor is the reason why she checked in is to avoid the emergency custody hearing that was granted by Kevin Federline’s request. The custody hearing has been cancelled because of this new development.

Sources tell TMZ Federline is concerned for Spears’ welfare and wants her to get the help she is now seeking. We’re also told this will be Spears’ last chance — if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, Federline will immediately go to court seeking orders allowing him unquestioned full custody of the children.
