Breaking News: Anna Nicole Smith Will Be Buried According To Dannielynn's Attorney's Wishes

Judge Seidlin has decided that Anna Nicole Smith will be buried wherever Attorney Milstein chooses. Dannielynn's side won this the case. Her attorney will get to make the decision. THE JUDGE CRIED DURING HIS ANNOUNCEMENT! Seidlin then said he really wants Anna Nicole buried with her son in the Bahamas. He continued to cry and bang on his desk while Howard K. Stern was red in the face holding back his tears. The proceeding ended with Attorney Milstein asking to stick around with the other parties to discuss the outcome.
So basically - HE PASSED THE BUCK! There is no answer as of yet. Since the father of Dannielynn is unknown, we are exactly where we started. An appeal is expected.

Yeah he basically passed the buck so everyone could try to sway the attorney for Dannielynn. Is there time for an appeal? Come on the woman is rotting away as we speak. It is time to stop exploiting this woman and let her rest in peace.

I say just go ahead and bury Anna Nicole in the Bahamas. IF she loved it so much when she was alive, she will enjoy it even more in all eternity next to Daniel. Somehow, I can rest easy knowing that her rotting remains will no longer be in the United States. Poor soul!
The judge crying is a bit much, but I DO agree that Anna Nicole being buried by her son is the right decision!
