Third Time Is A Charm

Britney Spears has checked back into rehab for the third time. Rumor is the reason why she checked in is to avoid the emergency custody hearing that was granted by Kevin Federline's request. The custody hearing has been cancelled because of this new development.

The emergency custody hearing that Kevin Federline wanted has been cancelled because of the new development. There will be no custody hearing today. Sources tell TMZ Federline is concerned for Spears' welfare and wants her to get the help she is now seeking. We're also told this will be Spears' last chance -- if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, Federline will immediately go to court seeking orders allowing him unquestioned full custody of the children.

Do you think her thrid attempt is sincere? Is she the one that is making these choices? Or is Britney's camp forcing these decisions on her?

I think that she is in a serious bout of post partem depression.. things seem to have falling in a downward spiral since her second child was born.. there have been talks about a death in her family.. let alone the normal pressures of having cameras in your face everytime you leave your house.. every little piece of your life documented for the world to see.. that has got to have an extremely hard pull on her..

Ive known it all along I went through it after breaking up with my first sons father what is funny is I TRIED TO SHAVE my HEAD ALSO but didnt because my cousin litterally tackled me and took and ran out with the clippers in hand I had intervention forced on me he was extremly the best thing that was around me I tried to commit suicide and all and my sons father only backed off me then when he realized I was serious dont take my kids and I think Kev realizes she NEEDS help as my sons dad did and is just giving her her space so she can get better he knows his kids are cared for and that approach will look like he is out for the best intrest of his kids in the courts eyes I would think I just hope she REALLY gets help and wants help and isnt doing it because she is forced because help doesnt come unless YOU WANT it and she needs it O so bad!

I am with Sara. I have been saying all along that this girl has serious post partem depression. She has had two babies in like less than two years and she had a goff-ball husband to boot! She needs to get some help for that. Call Brooke Sheilds--call Tom Cruise-- call somebody. This girl needs some down time to reconnect and focus on getting better.
