Frenchie Vs. Antonella - The American Idol Double Standard

This has been a season of controversy for American Idol hasn't it? A few seasons ago Frenchie Davis got the boot for posing for some topless shots online. Antonella Barba had similar pictures leaked on the web. The difference is payment. Frenchie got paid and Antonella did it for fun. But that doesn't take away from the fact that the pictures are both naughty.
So what is your take on this? Is it a double standard? Does it help Antonella that she is "beautiful" and thin? Is it all about ratings? Are the photos HELPING her stay on the competition? BECAUSE ANTONELLA'S VOICE ISN'T DOING A DAMN THING FOR HER.

OKAY! people this is American Idol not American **** of all time and i also think Antonella should get the boot same as Frenchie did and i also think that she needs to stop doing such stupid things also Frenchie got paid so what and Antonella did it for fun she still did it so what and i think she should just get the boot anyway! I mean she cant really sing either and she cant take critizism and thats another reason why she should get the boot.

Simon always says this competition is about talent but it really is not. The only thing Antonella is talented at is taking dirty pics. If Frenchie gets kicked off for being naked and she was very talented then Antonella who is absolutely talentless and gets half naked should be kicked off too.

i think Antonella should win. this is after all, American Idol and who better to represent what Americas youth idolize then a half naked, drunk, cheerleader? who gives a crap if she can sing! its not like we are expecting whoever wins to be the next pop legend.

Frenchie was going to win. It was soooo obvious that she could sing circles around everyone else. I guess if a Playboy playmate tries out the producers will tell her to go home too. Right?

I think race has something to do with it. Frenchie was a big black woman who did what she had to do to make a living. Antonella is just some average american girl that got caught for being a ****. Frenchie simply posed for the camera while Antonella performed sexual acts for the camera. BIG difference. She needs to go! Plus she cant sing for anything.
