In an attempt to take a deep breath, Katie Holmes booked her latest movie intentionally because it was an away project. She was going to live with Suri for 10 months in Shreveport, LA away from her controlling husband. Tom Cruise decided instead that he will take the trip with them and has already secured his spot on the set for each day of filming. Why the need for constant contact? Tom wants to make sure a nude scene doesn’t happen. And sources are saying he will get his way. Here is more from Star Magazine:
Katie is going to Shreveport , La with her 10-month-old daughter to film her next movie, Mad Money. Sources say that she planned this to “break free from her controlling husband Tom Cruise.” In order to control his wife he is planning to go with her to Shreveport and will be on the set every day.
The reason why Tom wants to attend the set is to interfere with the nude scene that Katie has with a young co-star Adam Rothenberg in her new move. He already talked with producers of the movie and told them why the movie would be better without the nude scene. However, industry sources say that the nude scene could really boost Katie’s career as an actor. Although, due to the low budget of the move Tom will have the last word since he has a lot of money and connections. Such unfortunate decision on his part could jeopardize their relationship, because Katie is trying to continue her slowed down acting carrier and she is very persistent about it, sources say.
Poor Katie! Too bad she is married to him now AND has a child with him. That makes divorcing him even harder now. Why she married him in the first place I do not understand. He is such a control freak, I blame Scientology for it.
i feel so bad for her too she was so sweet and such a good actor and now tom is tryiing to take that from her.and control her every move. She can do soooo much better.

I wonder if something like this is what contributed to the end of his marriage to Nicole Kidman. If I remember correctly, she filmed Cold Mountain with Jude Law, which had a nude scene in it and shortly thereafter, Tom Cruise filed for divorce. When he was asked why during an interview, he responded, "Nic knows why".
I doubt that Scientology is the cause of his being controlling. Actually, the reverse is probably true: he was atracted to a rigid religion because his is control freak, not the other way around.

Who knows if this is even true. If Tom is that controlling I hope that Katie has the strength to get out of that relationship. Just because Tom wants to go to the set in LA does not make him a crazy man. It makes him a man who loves his wife and daugther and does not want to be apart for a long period of time. I love reading these gossip sites, but not every story is true.
