Not everyone needs to be dressed up ALL THE TIME. I understand that. But what do you think about the outfits Hilary and Haylie Duff wore while running out to pick up some lunch?

I agree about the boots. They look especially silly because it is now April, and by the way Hilary is dressed, there is no danger of a snow fall hitting LA.

i dont think its that bad i mean we all cant look perfect all the time, although i would never wear eather of thoose owefits but who cares what they where on there own time.

I would definately never be seen in either outfit, but the Duff sisters always look so well put together and seem be rather grounded compared to the rest of "young hollywood," that I think everyone should let this slide.
