Jesse Metcalfe looking as yummy as ever was spotted taking a break from his Promises' schedule of therapy and detox.  He admitted himself for alcohol abuse last month and seems to be getting his life back one sexy pose at a time.

Please, please, please, tell me how I can sign up for revolving door rehab? Most people I know of who have done programs actually had to stay for at least a few days, a week, maybe more? These "stars" need to just curl up & die somewhere - just go away please!!!!
