- Both Howard K Stern and Larry Birkhead have arrived at the court. We are still waiting for Virgie to show.

- 3:09 - CNN is talking about Imus. No news currently on Dannielynn. Still waiting... ARGH
- 3:28 - Still waiting -- Here is my question. Larry is the only one that gave DNA. So, if he is NOT the father, does Howard have to prove that he is? I guess not right? It was a smart move on Howard's part to not take part in the test. That way he doesn't get ruled out. Who knows who Anna Nicole was intimate with during the time she got pregnant? I hate to say it... but I have a feeling neither one of these men are the real father. I could eat my words in a few minutes though.
- 3:31 - 5 minute warning to press that statement is about to be released!!
- 3:32 -Godfrey Pinder (a Bahamian attorney interviewed on CNN) has said that if Larry IS the father - he will gain temporary custody immediately.
- 3:24 - Gag order means that details of the case will not be revealed. BUT the results can and will be announced today.

- 3:50 - Everyone will be back in court on Friday to resolve other issues they can't talk about because of the gag order.
- 3:51 - No custody ruling as of yet.
- 3:54 - Howard K Stern - Not fighting for custody. Feelings for Dannielynn will not change. Larry will get sole custody. He wants a gradual transition to transfer custody. Confirms hearing on Friday. Promises to stay in Bahamas so he can stay close to Anna Nicole and Danny.

- 3:59 - Virgie's lawyer has announced that she is going to try to get joint custody of Dannielynn with Larry. SO NOW THAT HOWARD ISN'T GOING TO FIGHT - IT ISN'T OVER! Virgie wants in... She just backtracked and said that she just wants to be the grandmother. BUT that isn't what the lawyer said initially. What is going to happen now?? Is Virgie going to make this difficult?

I think im going to cry out of happiness when they tell Larry he can take his baby home! And then they put Howard in cuffs and he gets raped in prison for the rest of his evil life!!

Yeah I believe it will be Larrys. All Howard wanted out of the situation was to make sure he was taken care of for the rest of his life. I hope larry is the father and neither man gets her money. It will go into a trust for dannielynn.

i was actually in nassau when ans gave birth to dannilynn and when daniel died. we had no clue what was going on until we watched the news the night he died.

I think her name is Danielle Lynn and i THINK theres another name in there too but they call her dannilynn...i could be wrong
