Stevie Nicks In Blender Magazine

Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks is one of my favorite singers of all time. Whenever the song Landslide comes on the radio, I stop what I am doing and sing along. LOVE HER! Here is an excerpt from an upcoming Blender magazine interview:

On menopause and drug use (or the lack of): 
"Since I got out of rehab in 1994, I've stopped doing serious drugs.  And then as menopause touched my life, I stopped even having a glass of wine.  I don't drink at all.  I find that I'm spacey enough on my own that I don't need to be drinking or smoking; it just doesn't fit into my life anymore.  I'm very glad because it's not like I'm fighting every day not to do drugs.  They're just gone," Nicks admits to Blender of her past urges and addictions.

On Lindsay Lohan playing her in a movie:
Stevie Nicks and Lindsay Lohan may have a history of rehab in common, but don't expect the Fleetwood Mac star to run lines with the actress.  When asked if Lindsay is going to play her in a movie, Nicks dishes to Blender, "Lindsay Lohan thinks she is going to play me!  But what the hell movie does she think she's talking about?  There is no book, there is no screenplay, there is no movie.  There is never going to be a movie made without me, because it's never going to be the story of me.  Even though a lot has been written about me, the fact is that nobody actually has a clue to what my life was really like.  So good luck, Lindsay."
