Rumor has it that Britney Spears has been tipping off the paparazzi in order to stay in the papers. I bet all celebrities do this though.
"Britney has been tipping off the paparazzi agencies before she heads out for her daily errands," says Someone Who Would Know. "She has been doing it for the past couple of weeks."
Brit certainly has been looking better lately, regaining her trim dancer's body. (Although the hat-wig-glasses combo still screams "Olsen twin Halloween costume.")
