Daryl Hannah To Adopt US Child

Daryl Hanna has told the media that she is interested in adopting a child. BUT she wants to make sure that the baby is from the United States. I wonder how many other stars are going to adopt this year. Or is it the same as previous years... it just gets more press nowadays?
"There are more than half a million children here in the US who need to be adopted or need homes, so-called "hard to adopt kids' because they're not babies and come from troubled backgrounds, so I think that's probably the way I'd go.'

Good for Daryl Hanna!! I believe every child deserves a home but when they adopt overseas to cut the red tap or for a baby then things are getting out of control.
I say, GOOD FOR DARYL, as well! Choosing to adopt a needy baby or child from the US of A--what a concept :) HOORAY!
Glad to see someone actually cares about the children who live in our own country. These are the children of our future the children in africa are not our future.
