Madonna Is A Screamer

How do you get your frustrations out? Some people meditate. Others punch pillows. Madonna told Elle Magazine that she screams and runs of a treadmill. But the real question is.. can she do the two together? :)
"I scream a lot! Sometimes I handle (stress) well, sometimes I don't. I take a deep breath or sometimes it's nice to go run really fast on a treadmill for half an hour and get out all of my aggression.
"And I'm surrounded by efficient people who remind me that it's just a job and I'm going to be okay!"
