Ty Pennington Arrested For DUI

I am disgusted! What is going on with this world? Ty Pennington, host of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and one of my favorite shirtless carpenters, has been arrested for DUI! He posted $5,000 bail. More info to come...
UPDATE: Here is Ty's official statement:
"I made an error in judgment. We all make mistakes, however this is about accountability. Under no circumstances should anyone consume alcohol while driving. I could have jeopardized the lives of others and I am grateful there was no accident or harm done to anyone. This was my wake-up call. I also want to apologize to my fans, ABC Television and my design team for my lapse in judgment and the embarrassment I have caused."

Yes, I can completely see this happening! Ty has not kept his Attention Deficit Disorder a secret...you add some alcohol and whatever else to the mix, WATCH OUT! I will keep Ty in my prayers!
