On crash dieting in 1991:
"... I went on this extreme diet. I used to faint because I wasn't eating and I was always exercising."
On the most exciting thing about her new weight:
"For the longest time, when I was very heavy, I couldn't cross my legs. I couldn't physically do it. LOVE that I can cross my legs now ... Even my shoe size is changing. My Jimmy Choos are too big now."
On what she thinks of super-skinny actresses:
"I think I have no wrinkles because I always had fat on my face. Really skinny girls age so fast."

To "what?": Ricki looks like she has a barrel-chest because she is sucking in her stomach so hard, as would you if you were on the cover of a magazine in your swimsuit.
Oh shut up what! Ricki looks amazing, real and vibrant. Good for her, no need to crap all over something good.
Wow, Ricki looks amazing. I read it in a swedish magazine that she lost all that weight in less than 90 days. That cant be good for the body.
It also said that she had special food delivered from a company called Fresh Dining. But she has also suffered from her weight for about 20 yrs now and it only took her less than 3 months to lose it...I dont get it!
A good way of losing weight is by eating right, and take long walks, exercise, eat fruit and drink lots of water. Avoid sodas, energy drinks and sugar, have nuts or dried fruit instead like raisins. Also fast food is no healthy food. Once in a while yes but not every day!
And a golden rule, dont eat to late in the night! Not later that 7pm!
