Bruce Willis thinks that actors should stick to acting and keep their personal opinions on serious matters to themselves. What do you think? If a celebrity endorses a political candidate, does it make you want to learn more about that person? Or turn you off completely to their campaign? For me, it's the latter.
"I don't think my opinion means jack s**t, because I'm an actor. "Why do actors think their opinions mean more because you act? You just caught a break as an actor. There are hundreds - thousands - of actors who are just as good as I am, and probably better. "Have you heard anything useful come out of an actor's mouth lately?" He adds, "Although I liked George Clooney's documentary on Darfur."
AMEN!!! :-)
Yup, I totally agree! They should just STFU and act. Same goes with singers. STFU and sing, please, thank you very much.
The most intelligent thing this moron has ever said.
I agree with him also, 100%..I still think hes a great actor, and really sexy fror his age...
For once, Bruce Willis made sense! Ha Ha ha!
I agree with Laura II.
I agree with Bruce 100% for a change.
Eh, depends on the celebrity. EX: Greenday concert. I paid to see them, knowing full well that the concert included several 10 minute rants on Bush & his befuddled Presidency. All part & parcel of their cd, and thus, the show, so that was ok. But the average celebrity just shooting their mouth off about politics, STFU indeed.
p.s. right on, laura II!
Way to go Bruce!
